INTRODUCTION — 0:00–0:03

Money, education, and relationships…
Three different worlds, yet one shared life.

VERSE 1 — THE CHOICE
A boy dropped out in Grade Two,
And a master's graduate says, “He will do.
As long as he's a man and not sleeping in the street,
I'm satisfied; my choice is complete.”
She says successful people dropped out of school,
“Even Bill Gates!” But, my friend, keep your cool.
Before you use success to defend your choice,
Study their journeys; look beyond the noise.
Where did they study? What chances came their way?
What skills did they build? How did they earn their pay?
Not every dropout walks the same road to success;
Some rise through the odds, some struggle with less.
Some children leave school in cars worth a fortune,
Others ride old bicycles home through the dust.
Different schools, different tools, different connections;
Same human worth, but unequal directions.
CHORUS — SOFT, PAINFUL
Love is beautiful… but love must see.
Who will we become when beauty leaves?
When bodies change and attraction grows old,
Will your choice still shine when the nights turn cold?

Education is more than a certificate on a wall;
It's how we think, speak, and rise after a fall.
But schooling without wisdom is an empty degree;
And a humble, willing learner can become what they dream to be.
VERSE 2 — THE HARD QUESTIONS
My friend, you have a master's; your future is wide.
Ask what you need in the man by your side.
When smiles fade away and sweet words depart,
Will you still respect his mind, his discipline, his heart?
Can you reason together when the bills come due?
Can you build through a crisis when there's no one to rescue you?
Is he investing in your future, or just buying a meal,
While calling your affection a victory to steal?
A man is not worthless because school left him behind;
He can learn, work hard, and strengthen his mind.
But manhood alone cannot promise a home,
And a wedding ring cannot keep a marriage from breaking.
If your whole family raises concerns, you should hear;
Don't surrender your judgment to pressure or fear.
You may disagree; the final choice is yours,
But weigh every warning before opening doors.

BRIDGE — ADVICE TO THE MEN
To the brothers listening, let this message be clear:
Build your skills, your character, your career.
Don't demand a quality woman while refusing to grow;
Become the kind of man whose actions make it show.
Make money with purpose; let discipline speak.
Be strong enough to learn, and humble when weak.
A woman with education deserves respect and care;
Don't fear her intelligence—be the partner who's there.
And to the women at university, confused by love,
Don't trade your future for affection alone.
Know your worth, guard your standards, think beyond tonight;
Choose someone whose character makes your future bright.
There are educated women who value a man's heart,
And couples who build while they learn from the start.
No degree guarantees love; no dropout guarantees pain.
Seek truth, responsibility, and growth through the rain.
FINAL REFLECTION — SLOW DOWN

My friend… I am not saying he cannot succeed.

I am saying… your future deserves a serious decision.
You can take a risk, yes.
But take a measured risk.
Why gamble blindly when you still have time to think?
Why call exploitation a victory because somebody buys you a drink?
Why mistake physical attraction for a lifetime's plan?
Ask who you will become beside the person you call your man.
Your value is your responsibility.
Your standards are your responsibility.
Nobody can protect your future by thinking for you.
And remember… fifteen years of difference in schooling
does not automatically measure a person's intelligence,
but it can mean a very different journey,
different chances, and different ways of seeing the world.
Pause. Observe. Ask. Reflect.
If you win, may you win with peace.
If you lose, may the lesson be worth the scar.
For some decisions become memories…
and some memories follow us far.

I respect your choice, my friend.
I only ask you to understand its consequences.

This is my dedication to you, my best friend—a reflection for your consideration. You assured me that you would never give up, and that you are truly happy with your choice. I hope your happiness is lasting, your eyes remain open, and your future is filled with peace.
