VERSE 1
It doesn’t matter what today may bring,
I will not fear, I will trust my King.
Though I may walk through a valley unknown,
I know I’m never walking alone.
What I cannot see, He already knows,
He holds tomorrow wherever it goes.
If He has spoken, it shall surely be,
His word is my hope, His promise to me.
CHORUS
Time and seasons are in His hands,
My tomorrow is in His command.
What He has spoken, He will surely do,
My future is secure because He says so!
He says so! — I believe it!
He says so! — I receive it!
He says so! — It shall be so!
If my God has said it,
Then I know it’s so!
He says so!
He says so!
My tomorrow is assured — He says so!
VERSE 2
He will help me forget the former things,
The pain of yesterday, the broken dreams.
He is doing a new thing, I can see,
A way in the wilderness, rivers for me.
What looked like an ending is not the end,
My God is faithful, my faithful Friend.
The tears I have cried will not be in vain,
He will turn my sorrow to a song again.
CHORUS
Time and seasons are in His hands,
My tomorrow is in His command.
What He has spoken, He will surely do,
My future is secure because He says so!
He says so! — I believe it!
He says so! — I receive it!
He says so! — It shall be so!
If my God has said it,
Then I know it’s so!
He says so!
He says so!
My tomorrow is assured — He says so!
VERSE 3
There will come a day I will testify,
Of the things only God could bring to pass in my life.
I will say, “Look what the Lord has done!”
He turned my midnight into rising sun.
Every promise He made, He will fulfill,
Through every season, He remains God still.
So I’ll lift my voice and bless His name,
Yesterday, today, forever, He’s the same.
CHORUS
Time and seasons are in His hands,
My tomorrow is in His command.
What He has spoken, He will surely do,
My future is secure because He says so!
He says so! — I believe it!
He says so! — I receive it!
He says so! — It shall be so!
If my God has said it,
Then I know it’s so!
BRIDGE — ISAIAH 43:18–19
I will not look back at what is gone,
For my God is doing something new.
Where I see a desert, He makes a way,
Where there were no streams, He brings them through.
I can see it rising,
I can feel it coming,
A new thing is springing forth for me.
The former things are fading,
A brand-new day is breaking,
My God is making all things new.
He says so!
He says so!
I believe the word He spoke to me!
VAMP
I may not know what tomorrow holds,
But I know the One who holds tomorrow.
I may not know how He will do it,
But I know He will do it.
He has spoken—
He will bring it to pass!
He has promised—
He will never fail!
My season is changing,
My story is changing,
My waiting is turning into testimony!
I will testify!
I will testify!
I will testify of the goodness of the Lord!
MODULATION — KEY CHANGE
TIME AND SEASONS ARE IN HIS HANDS!

He says so! — I receive it!
He says so! — It shall be so!
If my God has said it,
THEN I KNOW IT’S SO!
He says so!
He says so!
He says so!
MY TOMORROW IS ASSURED — HE SAYS SO!
FINAL DECLARATION

He holds my season!
He holds my future!
He holds my life!

I will wait on Him!
I will praise Him!
Until I testify!
He says so!
I believe it!
He says so!
I receive it!
He says so!
It shall be so!
IF MY GOD HAS SAID IT,
THEN I KNOW IT’S SO!
TIME AND SEASONS ARE IN HIS HANDS!
