Stand in holy places, be not moved,
By the covenant path your faith is proved!
Put on the armor, take up the shield,
Unto the adversary never yield.
Stand in holy places, lift your voice,
In the strength of the Lord, rejoice!
The days are perilous, the darts fly fast,
The shadows of the world are widely cast.
Temptation finds the young at every door,
But God has called His youth to something more.
With truth your loins are girt, the breastplate bright,
Step forward now as children of the light!
By Word of Wisdom and the tithing store,
We find the strength to stand and to endure.
We seek the mission field, our lives we give,
And by the law of consecration live.
Within the temple walls, the promise stands:
Eternal families sealed by holy hands.
He gave us agency to choose the right,
To rise self-reliant in His holy sight.
In quorums, classes, families we combine,
Reflecting gifts of complement divine.
The Spirit guides our steps, our hearts grow bold,
To bring the scattered sheep into the fold!
Outro
Stand firm! Stand true!
The armor of God is given to you.
Until the Savior comes again,
Stand in holy places—Amen!
