Oh, oh, oh
I’m standing here by Your grace
I look back at the winding road I walked
Through the valley where the shadows often talked
I was weary, I was broken, feeling small
But You caught me every time I started to fall
Yes Lord, You were there
Every single breath is proof of Your care
It was Your mercy, Your mercy that brought me through
Nothing but Your grace, making everything new
I am grateful, I am thankful for Your love today
You took the heavy load and You washed it all away
Thank You Jesus, for the mercy that brought me through
I didn’t deserve the favor that I found
But Your kindness kept my feet upon the ground
When the storm was raging loud against my soul
You stepped in and You whispered and You took control
Glory, glory to the King on high
You never left my side, You heard my lonely cry
It was Your mercy, Your mercy that brought me through
Nothing but Your grace, making everything new
I am grateful, I am thankful for Your love today
You took the heavy load and You washed it all away
Thank You Jesus, for the mercy that brought me through
I’m not the same person that I used to be
Your spirit is alive and moving deep in me
No chains can hold me, no darkness can stay
Because Your mercy turned my night into the day
Praise Him, praise Him
Oh, how I love Him, yes Lord
So let my life be a witness to Your name
I’ll proclaim that Your love is never the same
From the sunrise to the setting of the sun
I’ll be singing of the battles that You have won
Amen, it is so
Your mercy is the only way I know
It was Your mercy, Your mercy that brought me through
Nothing but Your grace, making everything new
I am grateful, I am thankful for Your love today
You took the heavy load and You washed it all away
Thank You Jesus, for the mercy that brought me through
It was mercy, just mercy
Thank You for Your grace, Lord
I’m standing here, I’m standing here
Yes Lord, amen
