Blessing Emmanuel, oh!
God is good, yes He is!
I look at you and I see the hand of the Most High
A woman of valor, standing tall under the open sky
Blessing, your spirit is humble, your courage is a light
You work so hard from the morning into the night
My love for you is deep, it is strong and it is true
Like an onion, if they try to cut it, they will feel the heat too
Because your worth is gold, precious in the Father’s sight
You are a mother, a queen, shining ever so bright
Oh, Blessing Emmanuel, you are a testimony of grace
I see the favor of the Lord all over your face
My love for you is written, it can never, ever fade
In the history of my heart, it is a foundation laid
Chineke! You are a wonder, a woman of industrious mind
Blessing Emmanuel, your type is so hard to find
We face the mountain and we call upon the King of Kings
To heal the situations that the heavy weather brings
I know you made a decision, a choice that cut so deep
But God is the Shepherd, He is the One who guards the sheep
Don’t look back at the past, let the Holy Spirit lead
He is the Gardener who tends to every single seed
Because your heart is sincere, your purpose is refined
Leaving the heavy burdens and the shadows far behind
Oh, Blessing Emmanuel, you are a testimony of grace
I see the favor of the Lord all over your face
My love for you is written, it can never, ever fade
In the history of my heart, it is a foundation laid
Chineke! You are a wonder, a woman of industrious mind
Blessing Emmanuel, your type is so hard to find
It’s a new season, a breakthrough is on the way
Every bitter tear is being wiped away today
We declare your victory, we declare your peace
May the blessings of the Lord never, ever cease
(Holy Ghost fire!)
So keep on rising, keep on climbing to the top
With the favor of Jehovah, your progress will not stop
You are hardworking, you are faithful, you are bold
Blessing Emmanuel, you are worth more than fine gold
And though the enemy tries to bring a sting or two
They will only catch the fire that is burning inside of you
Oh, Blessing Emmanuel, you are a testimony of grace
I see the favor of the Lord all over your face
My love for you is written, it can never, ever fade
In the history of my heart, it is a foundation laid
Chineke! You are a wonder, a woman of industrious mind
Blessing Emmanuel, your type is so hard to find
Yes, you are the one
Blessing Emmanuel, the battle is won
Halleluyah! Praise the Lord!
My love for you can never die
Glory!
