Oh, what a day, what a glorious day
We gather round to celebrate the man of faith
Hallelujah!
Today we lift our voices to the King above
For the life of a leader, a man of love
Bishop Cephas Mabo, a light so bright
You guide your people through the darkest night
With wisdom from the Word, you pave the way
We thank the Lord for you on this special day
Yes Lord, we celebrate your legacy
A servant true for all the world to see
Happy birthday to you, Bishop Cephas Mabo
May the favor of God overflow
More grace, more power, more anointing too
We honor the work that God has done through you
Oh, happy birthday, we celebrate today
May His blessings follow you in every single way
Praise Him, let the heavens ring
For the joy that this birthday season brings
From Pempelo Mwanza, the message is clear
We thank God for keeping you year after year
You stand as a pillar, steady and strong
Teaching the flock where we all belong
Thank You Jesus for the path he’s trod
A faithful man, a true servant of God
With gratitude in our hearts we proclaim
The glory of God in your holy name
Happy birthday to you, Bishop Cephas Mabo
May the favor of God overflow
More grace, more power, more anointing too
We honor the work that God has done through you
Oh, happy birthday, we celebrate today
May His blessings follow you in every single way
Praise Him, let the heavens ring
For the joy that this birthday season brings
Greater heights, greater reach, greater things to come
For all the battles won and the work well done
We pray for strength, for health, and for peace
May the favor of the Lord never cease
Amen, let the people say amen
We bless you again and again and again
So let the drums beat and the choir sing loud
We stand around you, a grateful crowd
Bishop, your walk is a testimony true
Of what the mighty hand of the Lord can do
We celebrate your birth, we celebrate your soul
May God keep you safe and make you whole
Glory to the Highest for this special day
As we lift our hands and we kneel and pray
Happy birthday to you, Bishop Cephas Mabo
May the favor of God overflow
More grace, more power, more anointing too
We honor the work that God has done through you
Oh, happy birthday, we celebrate today
May His blessings follow you in every single way
Praise Him, let the heavens ring
For the joy that this birthday season brings
Happy birthday, Bishop, we love you so
Let the spirit of the Lord continue to grow
Yes Lord, more grace upon your head
We’re walking in the blessings that He has spread
Amen, Amen, Amen.
