[male
vocals]
[Intro] Hmm
hmm,
listen
to
the
rhythm
of
the
soul
No
shaking,
no
wahala,
we
keep
moving
[Verse 1] They
sit
in
the
dark
and
they
plan
their
scheme
Trying
to
wake
me
up
from
my
golden
dream
They
cast
their
stone
but
they
don't
know
the
way
My
foundation
is
strong,
with
Jesus
I'm
here
to
stay
I
walk
in
the
light
Watching
the
shadows
just
pass
me
by
Whatever
they
send,
it
will
never
arrive
Because
Jehovah
is
on
my
side,
and
it
will
never
arrive
[Chorus] Backfire
to
Sender
e
a!
Backfire
to
Sender
oh!
Backfire
to
Sender
e
a!
Backfire
to
Sender
oh!
That
arrow
of
sickness
Is
not
for
me
oh!
Backfire
to
Sender
oh!
That
arrow
of
poverty
Is
not
for
me
oh!
Backfire
to
Sender
oh!
That
arrow
of
shame
Is
not
for
me
oh!
Backfire
to
Sender
oh!
[Verse 2] Chai!
See
them
running
with
their
heavy
load
They
want
to
see
me
fall
on
the
ground
But
look
at
my
progress,
look
at
the
sound
Oya,
step
back
and
watch
the
fire
burn
Every
evil
thought
and
plan
is
not
my
head
I
am
protected
by
the
grace
from
above
Walking
in
peace
and
I'm
walking
in
love
[Chorus] Backfire
to
Sender
e
a!
Backfire
to
Sender
oh!
Backfire
to
Sender
e
a!
Backfire
to
Sender
oh!
That
arrow
of
sickness
Is
not
for
me
oh!
Backfire
to
Sender
oh!
That
arrow
of
poverty
Is
not
for
me
oh!
Backfire
to
Sender
oh!
That
arrow
of
shame
Is
not
for
me
oh!
Backfire
to
Sender
oh!
[Bridge] Trust
in
God,
don't
mind
them
Omo,
leave
them,
God
is
working
My
storehouse
is
full,
my
heart
is
at
peace
The
blessings
increase,
they
will
never
cease
[Verse 3] Na
wah
oh!,
see
how
the
tables
turn
Every
bridge
they
built
is
a
bridge
that
burns
I'm
climbing
the
ladder,
I'm
hitting
the
peak
While
they
are
still
waiting,
so
tired
and
weak
I
wish
them
the
best
but
I
stay
in
my
lane
I'm
dancing
in
sunshine,
no
time
for
the
rain
Back
to
the
sender,
return
to
the
source
My
life
is
guided
by
a
higher
force
[Chorus] Backfire
to
Sender
e
a!
Backfire
to
Sender
oh!
Backfire
to
Sender
e
a!
Backfire
to
Sender
oh!
That
arrow
of
sickness
Is
not
for
me
oh!
Backfire
to
Sender
oh!
That
arrow
of
poverty
Is
not
for
me
oh!
Backfire
to
Sender
oh!
That
arrow
of
shame
Is
not
for
me
oh!
Backfire
to
Sender
oh!
[Outro] Backfire
to
Sender,
yeah
Return
to
the
sender,
oh
Keep
your
negativity
far
away
We
are
moving
forward
today
Chai!
It’
s
all
good
Graceful
life.
Blessful
life.
