Mmmmmmmmm… Huuuuuuummmmmm…
Jesus…
You carried the cross for sinners like me.
You gave Your life so that we could be free.
Lord, let me never lose You!
Choir: Never lose You, Lord!
Your Word says in Proverbs twenty-two,
A good name is better than riches.
James four, verse six reminds me, Lord,
You give grace to the humble.
Teach me to walk in humility,
To speak Your truth with love and sincerity.
Let no song I sing lead people astray;
Let every lyric point to Your way.
Choir: Keep him faithful!
Keep him true!
Let every song point back to You!
Jesus, You suffered and died for me.
You bore the cross to set us free.
How can I sing and forget Your pain?
How can I live for my glory again?
When I am weak, Lord, be my strength.
When I am lost, bring me home.
When the tears fall in the midnight,
Remind me I am not alone.
Choir:
You are the Way!
You are the Truth!
You are the Life!
Lord, we belong to You!
When death and sorrow are no more,
And You wipe every tear away,
Lord, let me stand before Your throne,
Having made Your love known.
Not for my glory, not for my fame,
But to exalt Your holy name.
Choir: Holy, holy, holy is the Lord!
Holy, holy, forevermore!
Lead: Lord, let me never lose You!
Choir: Never, never lose You!
Lead: Let my songs bring souls to You!
Choir: Let the world discover Your truth!
All:
JESUS IS THE REASON THAT I SING!
JESUS IS THE MESSAGE THAT I BRING!
From generation to generation,
Let Your love reach every nation!
Lord, I give You my voice.
I give You my songs.
I give You my future.
Let me never forget
The One who gave me everything.
Lead: Jesus…
Choir: Forever and ever…
Mmmmmmmmm… Huuuuuuummmmmm…
Amen.
