Oh, what a day of glory, can you hear the bells ring?
Blessings fall like rain today, let the heavens sing!
From the streets of Surulere, N.P.U,LAGOS the news is spreading wide
Mr. Chijioke Nwobodo has the Lord upon his side
A bundle of joy, a miracle so sweet
We’re dancing in the spirit, moving to the beat
November first, the sun is shining bright
At St. Anthony’s Church, we’re basking in the light
Oh, praise the Lord for this bundle of joy
God has blessed his home, a gift for Chijioke
We sing Hallelujah, let the anthem rise
For the blessing of the baby, heaven’s own surprise
Chijioke, you are lifted, grace is over you
God is faithful, God is kind, and everything is true!
Eight-thirty in the morning, we gather at the door
To dedicate this treasure, and love Him even more
Gbaja Street is buzzing, the community is here
To celebrate the goodness of the One we hold so dear
Nara Progressive Union, we stand with you today
To lift our hearts in worship and show you the way
Oh, praise the Lord for this bundle of joy
God has blessed his home, a gift for Chijioke
