Oh, we celebrate today
It’s Joe Yamba’s time to shine
Glory, glory!
Another year the Lord has given
Another blessing from above
We lift our hands to heaven
Surrounded by His endless love
Joe Yamba standing tall today
With a spirit that will never bend
We walk along the narrow way
With the Savior as our closest friend
Oh, Joe Yamba, let the praises ring
To the Almighty, let your heart now sing
Protected by the hand of the King
Grace and mercy is the song we bring
Yes Lord, bless him on his way
On this bright and beautiful birthday
Lord, You have kept him through the night
You have guided every single step
You are his shield, his morning light
The promises that You have kept
Deliver him from those who rise
Against the favor that he holds
Open up the blinded eyes
As the story of his life unfolds
Oh, Joe Yamba, let the praises ring
To the Almighty, let your heart now sing
Protected by the hand of the King
Grace and mercy is the song we bring
Yes Lord, bless him on his way
On this bright and beautiful birthday
No weapon formed shall ever stand
Against the man who trusts the Lord
We hold the promise in our hand
He is the shield, he is the sword
Thank You Jesus, for the victory
Thank You Jesus, for the grace
We walk in total liberty
In this holy, sacred place
So let the birthday anthems rise
For Joe Yamba, chosen and refined
Looking up toward the skies
Leaving all the doubt behind
Praise Him for the path ahead
Praise Him for the years to be
By the living water fed
Living in full victory
Oh, Joe Yamba, let the praises ring
To the Almighty, let your heart now sing
Protected by the hand of the King
Grace and mercy is the song we bring
Yes Lord, bless him on his way
On this bright and beautiful birthday
Amen, amen, we celebrate
Joe Yamba, rise and shine
Glory to the highest
Hallelujah!
Amen.
