It's M.O.P again, oh!
Okpoku, son of the soil!
Oya, let the music play!
Early morning sun is rising in the sky
Just like your blessings, they are reaching so high
From the city streets to the land of the brave
It is your day, Nancy, the grace that you save
Oh, we gather here to dance and to sway
Because today is a very special day
As the sun in the morning, so shall your blessings rise
I join millions of your well-wishers to pray for your grace
Happy birthday, my beloved sister Nancy Abutu
May the good Lord continue to bless you more and more
Happy birthday, my beloved sister Nancy Abutu
To the queen of Abutu dynasties, Nancy Abutu
Nna! Hear the sound of the guitar play
We are here to chop life and celebrate today
Nancy, you are the pride, you are the light
Everything you touch turns to pure delight
Oya, join the rhythm, let the body move
Nancy Abutu, you are in the groove
As the sun in the morning, so shall your blessings rise
