Every truth that we seek, every lesson we learn
Doesn’t fade into dust when the final pages turn.
What we gather in mind, what we hold in our heart
Is the one kind of wealth that will never depart.
When we wake in the light of the morning to come,
Our intelligence rises, the journey goes on.
Chorus
There’s a law set in stone before the world even started,
A heavenly rule for the pure and brave-hearted.
Every blessing that falls from the Father above
Is tied to obedience, grounded in love.
When we follow the light, when we answer the call,
We step into the law that was written for all.
(Verse 2)
If we give it our all through the sweat and the tears,
Finding wisdom and truth through the days and the years,
We will walk through the veil with a brighter design,
Leaving shadows behind for a glory divine.
For the diligent soul holds a key to the gate,
With a step of advantage, we alter our fate.
Chorus
There’s a law set in stone before the world even started,
A heavenly rule for the pure and brave-hearted.
Every blessing that falls from the Father above
Is tied to obedience, grounded in love.
When we follow the light, when we answer the call,
We step into the law that was written for all.
Bridge
It’s irrevocably framed in the heavens so high,
Not a promise will fail, not a blessing pass by.
If you want to lay claim to the gifts He can send,
Just align with the law, and hold on to the end.
Outro
So we learn, and we strive,
Keeping wisdom alive.
By the law and the light, we ascend.
