Starting over, brand new day
Woke up feeling like I'm born again
Let the old me fade into the wind
Every heartbeat's a second chance
Moving forward in this dance
Yeah, yeah
This is a new song, a new melody
Write my own story, set my spirit free
New song, new dreams, new energy
Watching myself become who I'm meant to be
Oh, yeah
Let the sunshine paint my way
Gotta believe in brighter days
Every note I sing, it feels so right
Turning darkness into light
Mmm
This is a new song, a new melody
Write my own story, set my spirit free
New song, new dreams, new energy
Watching myself become who I'm meant to be
New song, oh baby, new song
