(Halleluyah!)
Oh, today is a day the Lord has made!
We are gathered to celebrate a queen!
Mummy Shamis, this one is for you!
Early in the morning, the sun begins to rise
We see the grace of God reflected in your eyes
Helen Akodu Atere, a woman of great worth
We thank the King of Glory for your day of birth
From the prayer mountain to the daily grind
A better sister-in-law, surely no one can find
You carry the anointing, you carry the fire
Today we lift your name and take you even higher
Oh, Helen Akodu Atere, you are blessed!
Shine your light, put the enemy to rest
Mummy Shamis, you are heaven’s own prize
See the favor of the Lord right before our eyes
Celebrate, celebrate, let the trumpets sound
For the blessing that in Helen can be found
Oh, Helen Akodu Atere, you are blessed!
In this season, you are highly favored and addressed!
We testify of goodness, we testify of grace
The hand of God is evident all over your face
Like a city on a hill, you can never be hid
Look at all the mighty things the Lord Jesus did
Your house is a sanctuary, your heart is a home
Wherever you are, the blessings surely will come
We toast to your new age, we toast to your prime
With God on your side, you are doing just fine
Oh, Helen Akodu Atere, you are blessed!
Shine your light, put the enemy to rest
Mummy Shamis, you are heaven’s own prize
See the favor of the Lord right before our eyes
Celebrate, celebrate, let the trumpets sound
For the blessing that in Helen can be found
Oh, Helen Akodu Atere, you are blessed!
In this season, you are highly favored and addressed!
(Praise the Lord!)
Let the choir sing, let the organ play
We are rejoicing on this your special day
Glory! Glory! To the King of kings
For the joy that Helen to the family brings
Holy Ghost fire, let it fall on you now
More grace, more power, to the King you bow!
So keep on soaring, keep on breaking through
The promises of God are standing firm for you
No weapon fashioned shall prosper in your way
Because you are the apple of His eye today
Happy birthday, Helen, may your cup overflow
Let the rivers of His mercy continue to flow
Mummy Shamis, walk in your victory line
Because you are a diamond that is destined to shine
Oh, Helen Akodu Atere, you are blessed!
Shine your light, put the enemy to rest
Mummy Shamis, you are heaven’s own prize
See the favor of the Lord right before our eyes
Celebrate, celebrate, let the trumpets sound
For the blessing that in Helen can be found
Oh, Helen Akodu Atere, you are blessed!
In this season, you are highly favored and addressed!
(Amen!)
Shine on, Helen Akodu Atere!
Mummy Shamis, the world is waiting for you!
God bless your new age!
Victory is yours, in Jesus name!
