But qualified youth deserve fair consideration!
We studied for years, our families sacrificed,
Why should opportunity come at such a price?

Your service and experience, your struggles and tears!
But every generation must prepare the next,
Give younger professionals a chance to prove their best!
Where retirement rules apply, let them apply fairly,
Let succession be planned and vacancies filled transparently!
Let pensioners retire with dignity and peace,
While new generations build careers and increase!
A pension is earned; it is not a disgrace,
And retirement must never erase a person's place!
But no nation can thrive if its youth cannot start,
Give them skills, fair recruitment and a meaningful part!
