Oh, what a joy, what a day
We lift our voices to praise His name
Sixteen years ago the heavens smiled
They sent us down a precious, gifted child
Beautiful Chindowela Ilunga, your light is bright
Walking in the glory of the morning light
Through every season, God has been your guide
With His hedge of protection right by your side
Today we gather, hearts overflowing with cheer
To celebrate the blessing of another year
Yes Lord, we thank You for this day
Beautiful Chindowela, you’re a daughter of the King
Listen to the melody the angels sing
Sweet sixteen, rising up like the dawn
God’s grace is with you, guiding you on and on
Beautiful Chindowela, oh, you shine so bright
Walking in the power of His holy light
Hallelujah, praise Him for the life you live
Giving all the glory for the love you give
Your name carries strength, a crown you wear with grace
We see the hand of Jesus in your lovely face
From your first steps to the woman you are now
To the Lord Almighty, we take a humble bow
He’s got a plan, a purpose, and a road so wide
With the Holy Spirit living deep inside
You’re growing in wisdom, in stature, and in love
Blessed by the favor from the throne above
Thank You Jesus, for the path You’ve made
Beautiful Chindowela, you’re a daughter of the King
Listen to the melody the angels sing
Sweet sixteen, rising up like the dawn
God’s grace is with you, guiding you on and on
Beautiful Chindowela, oh, you shine so bright
Walking in the power of His holy light
Hallelujah, praise Him for the life you live
Giving all the glory for the love you give
May your cup run over, may your faith stay strong
May you always know exactly where you belong
In the palm of His hand, in the center of His care
With a future so golden, beyond compare
Glory, glory, watch her soar on wings of gold
A story of favor that’s yet to be told
Amen, amen, let the blessing rain down
On our girl with the smile and the spiritual crown
So keep your eyes on Jesus as you run this race
Running with endurance and with steady pace
Beautiful Chindowela, the world is yours to bless
Manifesting greatness, finding happiness
We celebrate your laughter, we celebrate your soul
May the Lord sustain you and keep you feeling whole
Sixteen candles burning, a witness to His power
Walking in the bloom of your most beautiful hour
Beautiful Chindowela, you’re a daughter of the King
Listen to the melody the angels sing
Sweet sixteen, rising up like the dawn
God’s grace is with you, guiding you on and on
Beautiful Chindowela, oh, you shine so bright
Walking in the power of His holy light
Hallelujah, praise Him for the life you live
Giving all the glory for the love you give
Beautiful Chindowela, sixteen years of grace
We see the love of God reflected in your face
Yes Lord, bless her today
Happy birthday, sweet girl, walk in His way
Glory, praise Him, Amen.
