(Oya! Let’s dance!)
Nna, today is a day of joy
Chizitere and Chizaramekpere, we celebrate you!
Early morning sun is shining down on the floor
Friends and family walking through the open door
Mr. Samuel Chigioke leading the parade
Because the greatest foundation has been laid
Look at the twins, look at the light in their eyes
Two beautiful angels sent from the skies
Chizitere dancing, Chizaramekpere smile
We haven't seen a blessing like this in a long while
Oh, it’s a party for the twins today
Chizitere and Chizaramekpere, hip hip hooray!
From the house of Chigioke, the rhythm is strong
Everybody join us, sing the birthday song
Chizitere, Chizaramekpere, shine so bright
We gonna chop life and dance through the night
I look at my queen, my beautiful Gloria Chimampkam
You are the reason I am the happy man I am
For these two angels you brought into my life
I thank the Almighty for my wonderful wife
May God bless you always, my heart and my soul
You make the Chigioke family story whole
Let the trumpets blow and the guitars play
We celebrate the life of the twins today
Oh, it’s a party for the twins today
Chizitere and Chizaramekpere, hip hip hooray!
From the house of Chigioke, the rhythm is strong
Everybody join us, sing the birthday song
Chizitere, Chizaramekpere, shine so bright
We gonna chop life and dance through the night
Chai! See the happiness in the air
Blessings for the twins, nothing can compare
Eat the isi ewu, drink the palm wine cold
This is a memory that never will grow old
Oya, everybody raise a glass to the twins!
Where the love lives, the celebration begins
To everyone who came from near and far
You are the ones that make us who we are
Thank you for the support, for the love you share
It’s a beautiful day, look at the people there
Chizitere is growing, Chizaramekpere is strong
We keeping the beat, we keeping the song
Mr. Samuel Chigioke saying thank you all
We are standing high, we will never fall
Oh, it’s a party for the twins today
Chizitere and Chizaramekpere, hip hip hooray!
From the house of Chigioke, the rhythm is strong
Everybody join us, sing the birthday song
Chizitere, Chizaramekpere, shine so bright
We gonna chop life and dance through the night
Chizitere, Chizaramekpere, grow in grace
Joy is always written all over your face
Chigioke family, we celebrate the bond
To the future, we look beyond
Omo! What a day! What a life!
(Chop life!)
