(Ad-lib: Hallelujah! Praise God!)
Yeah, we rise today
Giving Him all the glory
Listen now
When the road was looking rough and the clouds were gray
I didn't know which step to take or how to pray
But then the light of heaven broke through all the dark
I felt the goodness of the Lord inside my heart
I was down but now I'm standing tall today
Because His mercy washed the heavy load away
Every mountain moved, every chain is gone
I'm walking forward to a brand new dawn
Oh, the mercy of the Lord is everywhere
It's in the water, it's in the wind, it's in the air
He catches me when I am falling to the ground
In every situation, His love is all around
Yeah, His mercy never fails, it stays the same
I'm lifting up my voice to praise His holy name
(Ad-lib: E choke! No, no, I mean God's grace is heavy!)
People try to tell me that I'm on my own
But I feel the shepherd guiding me to my home
When the storms of life began to beat so fast
I knew the promises of God would always last
He is the shelter in the middle of the rain
He is the healing balm for every kind of pain
I'm testifyin' to the wonders that He's done
My victory is coming, yeah, it has begun
Oh, the mercy of the Lord is everywhere
It's in the water, it's in the wind, it's in the air
He catches me when I am falling to the ground
In every situation, His love is all around
Yeah, His mercy never fails, it stays the same
I'm lifting up my voice to praise His holy name
From the rising of the sun to the set of day
He's guiding every step along the narrow way
(Ad-lib: Thank you Jesus!)
No matter what I face, I know He's standing near
Removing all the shadows, calming every fear
Oh, the mercy of the Lord is everywhere
It's in the water, it's in the wind, it's in the air
He catches me when I am falling to the ground
In every situation, His love is all around
Yeah, His mercy never fails, it stays the same
I'm lifting up my voice to praise His holy name
His mercy, yeah, it's all around
His love, it never lets me down
(Ad-lib: Glory, glory! Praise Him!)
Always there, yeah
Mercy everywhere.
