No more we and them—
Everybody matters!
From the early days of the NDC,
Kwaku Philip was part of the journey.
When the Party struggled
to attract people in Begoro,
he worked among the youth,
organised and encouraged them.
Some became activists,
some became leaders,
some hold Party positions today.
He served as Organizer!
He served as Secretary!
Before Fanteakwa became
North and South—
CROWD:
HE WAS THERE!
Citizen Vigilante!
Kwaku Philip!
Years of service!
Years of sacrifice!
Everybody matters!
Every activist matters!
No more we and them—
Everybody matters!
He mentored the youth,
helped people search for jobs,
helped others to learn trades.
Sometimes from his own pocket,
he extended a helping hand.
Community by community,
branch by branch,
village by village—
He knows the grassroots.
