(Praise Him)
God is good, yes He is, all the time
I look back at the valley where the shadows tried to stay
I remember when my children were sick and turning grey
The doctors had their questions, but I looked up to the sky
I knew the Great Physician was the only one to rely
Through the midnight hours, I held onto the promise true
That mercy is a river that would pull us safely through
Oh, glory to the Father for the healing in His hands
He’s the Rock of Ages in this weary, shifting land
For God is good all the time, hear the melody in my soul
He made my children whole, He made my broken spirit whole
Isaac Phiri, remember how the Lord came through for you
Yes Lord, He’s the faithful One, He makes all things brand new
Always thank God all the time, let the anthem loudly ring
He’s the King of every blessing, He’s the song we love to sing
I can’t forget the brothers who were standing in the gap
When the storms were raging and we fell into the trap
Young brother Clement Mbuzi, you were there to pray along
You held up the banner and you kept the spirit strong
May the Almighty bless you, keep your family in His light
May His favor follow you through the morning and the night
It’s a covenant of kindness that the Lord has poured on us
In the name of Jesus, yeah, in Him we put our trust
For God is good all the time, hear the melody in my soul
He made my children whole, He made my broken spirit whole
Isaac Phiri, remember how the Lord came through for you
Yes Lord, He’s the faithful One, He makes all things brand new
Always thank God all the time, let the anthem loudly ring
He’s the King of every blessing, He’s the song we love to sing
(Thank You Jesus)
He’s a way-maker, chain-breaker, light in the dark
He’s the flame that burns inside, He’s the holy spark
From the healing of the sick to the blessing of the friends
His love is a river that never, ever ends
(Amen)
So let the choir rise up, let the organ play the sound
There is healing in the rafters, there is power all around
For every Isaac Phiri, for every Clement in the land
We are walking in the victory that’s held within His hand
No sickness can stay, no sorrow can remain
When we lift up the glory of His holy, precious name
For God is good all the time, hear the melody in my soul
He made my children whole, He made my broken spirit whole
Isaac Phiri, remember how the Lord came through for you
Yes Lord, He’s the faithful One, He makes all things brand new
Always thank God all the time, let the anthem loudly ring
He’s the King of every blessing, He’s the song we love to sing
God is good all the time, praise Him
Isaac Phiri, Clement Mbuzi, blessed be the Lord
Thank You Jesus, yes Lord, amen
(Hallelujah, Hallelujah)
Glory to the highest, forevermore.
