Oh, thank You Lord for a faithful man
Yes Lord, we celebrate Your grace today
In the quiet hours of the early dawn
We see the faith of Elder John
Through every trial, you stood so strong
Guiding our hearts to where we belong
Elder John Sezuo Ododo, a beacon of light
Walking by faith, and not by sight
Hallelujah, for a legacy of grace
Praise Him, for the smile on your face
Elder John, you showed us the way
To trust in the Lord day after day
Thank You Jesus for the life he leads
Sowing the righteous spiritual seeds
A father’s love, a shepherd’s heart
From God’s truth, you’ll never depart
With wisdom spoken and prayers raised high
Lifting our hands up to the sky
Elder John, we honor you now
To God’s great glory, we humbly bow
Hallelujah, for a legacy of grace
Praise Him, for the smile on your face
Elder John, you showed us the way
To trust in the Lord day after day
Thank You Jesus for the life he leads
Sowing the righteous spiritual seeds
