Oh, Holy Spirit, I am calling on You today
I need Your fire to lead my way
Yeah, You are my help, You are my light
Early in the morning when the sun begins to rise
I lift my weary hands up to the starry skies
The road is long and the hustle is so tough
But Your grace is sufficient, yeah, it is enough
I am grinding every day, looking for the breakthrough
But I cannot do it all by myself, I need You
Lead my footsteps, direct me where to go
Let Your river of wisdom in my spirit flow
Oh, Holy Spirit, take the lead in my life
Guide me through the storm and the heat of the strife
Oh, Holy Spirit, You are my strength and my stay
Take the wheel, Lord, let Your fire lead the way
I say, Holy Spirit, You are the partner I need
In this hustle and grind, help me to succeed
Yes, You are the glory, You are the light
Lead me through the day and keep me safe through the night
I remember the promises You made to my soul
That even in the struggle, You keep me in control
When the mountain is high and the valley is deep
I lean on Your shoulders, the secrets that You keep
No more working in vain, no more walking in fear
Because I know that my Helper is always near
Whisper in my ears, show me the path to take
Whatever I do, Lord, let it be for Your sake
Oh, Holy Spirit, take the lead in my life
Guide me through the storm and the heat of the strife
Oh, Holy Spirit, You are my strength and my stay
Take the wheel, Lord, let Your fire lead the way
I say, Holy Spirit, You are the partner I need
In this hustle and grind, help me to succeed
Yes, You are the glory, You are the light
Lead me through the day and keep me safe through the night
Move in my heart, move in my mind
Leaving all the failures and the doubts behind
Holy Spirit, breathe on my hustle today
Let the anointing wash all my troubles away
Speak to me, Lord, I am listening close
Of all of my friends, You are the one I love most
So let the sweat of my brow turn into gold
By the power of the stories that You have told
Every move that I make, let it be by Your hand
Taking me higher to the promised land
I am running this race with You by my side
With nowhere to run and nowhere to hide
Just Your presence, that is all that I crave
For You are the One who is mighty to save
Oh, Holy Spirit, take the lead in my life
Guide me through the storm and the heat of the strife
Oh, Holy Spirit, You are my strength and my stay
Take the wheel, Lord, let Your fire lead the way
I say, Holy Spirit, You are the partner I need
In this hustle and grind, help me to succeed
Yes, You are the glory, You are the light
Lead me through the day and keep me safe through the night
Lead me, Holy Spirit, lead me on
Until the breaking of the brand new dawn
Yes, You lead me, Holy Spirit, I trust in You
Everything I do, I do it for You
Lead me, guide me, Holy Spirit, stay with me
Amen and Amen.
