*Verse 1*
For
years
my
soul
has
waited
Like
watchmen
for
the
morning
In
the
shadow
of
my
night
I
held
on
to
Your
promise *
Pre-Chorus*
I
heard
a
knock
at
my
door
Mercy
calling
out
for
me *
Chorus*
In
His
arrival,
darkness
turns
to
light
In
His
arrival,
all
my
wrongs
made
right
The
God
of
heaven
visited
my
life
Everything
changed,
in
His
arrival *
Verse 2*
You
did
not
leave
me
sitting
In
the
darkness
You
found
me
Dayspring
from
on
high,
You
came
With
healing
in
Your
glory *
Chorus*
In
His
arrival,
darkness
turns
to
light
In
His
arrival ,
all
my
wrongs
made
right
Shalom,
peace.
