Primary healthcare must reach every door,
So the poor and vulnerable can receive more.
From immunisation to emergency care,
Let us build a system that shows people we care.
Our health workers deserve support and respect,
Their welfare and training must not be neglected.
Let funding follow priorities,
Let accountability strengthen our institutions.
With evidence guiding the plans we make,
Let every decision serve our people's sake.
