(Soft melodic keyboard chords fading in)
Oh, we gather in the light
Archbishop Dr. Taiwo leads the way
A mandate given from above
To wash the heavy hearts today
No more tears, no more sorrow
Listen to the word of grace
There is a covenant established here today
A promise that the shadows have to fade away
Under the mantle, under the divine design
We leave the broken pieces far behind
The sun is rising on a path that is brand new
Refreshing everything that we are going through
No more weeping in the middle of the night
Everything is shifting into holy light
No more tears, no more sorrow now
We lay our burdens down before the vow
God is wiping every stain of pain away
We are walking in the light of a brighter day
No more tears, no more grief to bear
We feel the peace of heaven everywhere
No more tears, oh, the mandate stands so true
Everything is made completely new
Archbishop Taiwo calls the faithful to arise
Look at the promise written in the velvet skies
The Ministry of Grace is open wide for you
To heal the heart and make the spirit strong and true
We were wandering but now we have a home
No more walking through the wilderness alone
The heavy rain has stopped, the wind is blowing calm
The word of God is acting like a healing balm
No more tears, no more sorrow now
We lay our burdens down before the vow
God is wiping every stain of pain away
We are walking in the light of a brighter day
No more tears, no more grief to bear
We feel the peace of heaven everywhere
No more tears, oh, the mandate stands so true
Everything is made completely new
Peace like a river is flowing in the room
Removing every trace of the winter gloom
The covenant is solid, the promise is secure
With hearts that are open, steady and pure
Let the joy return, let the spirit soar
We are not the same as we were before
No more tears, no more sorrow now
We lay our burdens down before the vow
God is wiping every stain of pain away
We are walking in the light of a brighter day
No more tears, no more grief to bear
We feel the peace of heaven everywhere
No more tears, oh, the mandate stands so true
Everything is made completely new
No more tears, no more sorrow
Just the peace of the Lord
With Archbishop Taiwo, we rise
No more tears
Just love, just grace, just peace
Forevermore.
