DJ Kwaloz in the building
Yeah, for the ones who shape the future
Listen up, aweh
Early morning, sun is rising up
Coffee in my hand, yeah I've had enough
Walking to the gate, gotta set the pace
I see the excitement written on every face
We got the chalk and the vision in our sight
Turning on the bulb, yeah we bring the light
Whatever the challenge, we never fold
Giving the students stories to be told
Oh, we celebrate the teachers today
Every single day, keep moving all the way
You’re building the nation, you’re the ones we praise
Raising up the standard, in so many ways
Yeah, teach them, reach them, yebo that’s the flow
Hardworking teachers, everywhere you go
Sharp sharp, let’s go
Look at the classroom, look at the spark
We take the children out of the dark
It’s a rhythm, it’s a mission, it’s a lifestyle
Helping every kid reach for the mile
Eish, they call us heroes in the street
Moving to the rhythm, feeling the beat
We draft the future, we write the plan
Standing tall, yeah we understand
Oh, we celebrate the teachers today
Every single day, keep moving all the way
You’re building the nation, you’re the ones we praise
Raising up the standard, in so many ways
Yeah, teach them, reach them, yebo that’s the flow
Hardworking teachers, everywhere you go
Sharp sharp, let’s go
God bless the teachers, yeah you know it’s true
Everything you sacrifice, we see it in you
From the classroom floor to the world stage
We are the ones turning every single page
Asambe, yeah, we rise up high
Underneath the sun, beneath the blue sky
So keep on grinding, keep on the grind
Leaving all the doubt and the stress behind
You deserve the flowers, you deserve the crown
Best educators in the whole of the town
DJ Kwaloz spinning, yeah we celebrate
Hardworking spirits, yeah we never late
Keep it moving, keep the fire burning bright
Teachers of the world, you’re doing it right
Oh, we celebrate the teachers today
Every single day, keep moving all the way
You’re building the nation, you’re the ones we praise
Raising up the standard, in so many ways
Yeah, teach them, reach them, yebo that’s the flow
Hardworking teachers, everywhere you go
Sharp sharp, let’s go
Yeah, salute to the teachers
All over the nation, God bless you
It’s a celebration, DJ Kwaloz style
Sho, we out, keep shaping the future
Until next time, teacher
Let’s go
