Oh, glory to the Highest
We lift a song of praise today
Nancy Kagai Odanga, the light is shining bright
You walked the path of wisdom, you kept the truth in sight
Through all the late night studies, through every challenge faced
You leaned upon the promise of His overflowing grace
University doors are opening, the harvest time is here
With a heart that fears the Lord, you cast away all fear
November 6th is coming, the day you take your stand
We see the hand of God upon the work of your hand
Oh Nancy, we celebrate your victory today
With second class honors, you led the noble way
We are so proud of you, our daughter, tried and true
May God direct your path in everything you do
Yes Lord, we lift you up, a testimony of His grace
Shining like a diamond in this holy place
Your elder sister Snider is grateful for your soul
Sheila, Marion and Sally watched you reach the goal
Madiga and Imbwaga are cheering from the side
Because you walked with purpose, with nothing left to hide
Father Odanga and Mother Violet, our hearts are overflowing
Seeing all the seeds of faith that you have been sowing
We pray for open doors, a job that’s heaven-sent
To honor every sacrifice and every hour spent
Oh Nancy, we celebrate your victory today
With second class honors, you led the noble way
We are so proud of you, our daughter, tried and true
May God direct your path in everything you do
Yes Lord, we lift you up, a testimony of His grace
Shining like a diamond in this holy place
Keep serving Him with passion, keep holding to the Word
The most beautiful prayer that we have ever heard
Stay disciplined in spirit, stay grounded in the light
And watch the Lord provide for you, and make the future bright
Thank you Jesus, for this blessing, for the favor you have shown
In Nancy's life, oh Lord, your glory is made known
So walk into your future with your head held high
With faith as your foundation, you’ll reach into the sky
Continue on the journey, never let your spirit fade
For you are truly blessed, and in His image made
Amen, amen, the work is done, the victory is won
The morning star is rising, look at what the Lord has done
Oh Nancy, we celebrate your victory today
With second class honors, you led the noble way
We are so proud of you, our daughter, tried and true
May God direct your path in everything you do
Yes Lord, we lift you up, a testimony of His grace
Shining like a diamond in this holy place
Congratulations Nancy, keep shining, keep praying
God is with you everywhere you go
Glory, praise Him, yes Lord
Amen, amen, and amen
