Holy Spirit, come upon me,
Let Your holy fire fall.
Breathe Your life into my spirit,
Let me answer to Your call.
I am waiting in Your presence,
With an open heart, I pray.
Holy Spirit, come and fill me;
Take my life and have Your way.
There is a hunger deep within me,
There is a cry my soul must raise.
I have tasted of Your goodness,
Now I long to see Your face.
Not just words upon my lips, Lord,
Not just worship songs I sing.
Let Your fire burn within me;
Make me wholly Yours, my King.
Like the wind that filled the upper room,
Like the flame that touched each one,
Let Your mighty presence fill me
Till Your perfect will is done.
Baptism of fire, fall upon me!
Holy Spirit, take control.
Let Your holy flame consume me;
Set ablaze my waiting soul.
Baptism of fire, come and change me!
Let Your power make me new.
Holy Spirit, breathe within me;
Let my life bear witness to You.
Fire of God, fall upon me!
Fire of God, make me whole!
Baptism of fire, come upon me;
Set my spirit all aglow!
When the fear of men surrounds me,
Give me courage to stand tall.
When the world would try to silence me,
Let me answer to Your call.
Give me power to be a witness,
Give me love for those in pain.
Let the fire that burns within me
Bring the lost to You again.
Let my hands be used for service,
Let my heart be pure and true.
Let the gifts You place within me
Bring all glory back to You.
Not for fame and not for honour,
Not for power of my own.
Let Your Spirit be my portion;
Let Your will be fully known.
Baptism of fire, fall upon me!
Holy Spirit, take control.
Let Your holy flame consume me;
Set ablaze my waiting soul.
Baptism of fire, come and change me!
Let Your power make me new.
Holy Spirit, breathe within me;
Let my life bear witness to You.
Fire of God, fall upon me!
Fire of God, make me whole!
Baptism of fire, come upon me;
Set my spirit all aglow!
If Your fire must first refine me,
Lord, then cleanse my heart today.
Burn away my pride and anger;
Take my selfishness away.
Let the things that grieve Your Spirit
Find no dwelling place in me.
Give me grace to walk in holiness,
Give me eyes that truly see.
I surrender all my burdens,
I surrender all my plans.
Holy Spirit, lead me onward;
I am Yours, Lord, in Your hands.
Come, Holy Spirit!
Come and fill this place!
Come, Holy Spirit!
Let me know Your grace!
Break the chains of fear within me!
Let Your truth illuminate me!
Give me boldness to proclaim
The saving power of Jesus' Name!
Let the fire fall!
Let the fire fall!
Not for show, but to transform us!
Let the fire fall!
Let the fire fall!
Let the fire fall!
Holy Spirit, come and fill us!
Let the fire fall!
Fire of God, ndewo!
Holy Spirit, bịa!
Jupụta m n'ike Gị!
Mee ka m dị ọhụrụ!
Holy Spirit, fill me!
Holy Spirit, lead me!
Make me a witness!
Use me for Your glory!
Baptism of fire!
Baptism of power!
Holy Spirit, fill us
In this very hour!
Baptism of fire, fall upon me!
Holy Spirit, take control.
Let Your holy flame consume me;
Set ablaze my waiting soul.
Baptism of fire, come and change me!
Let Your power make me new.
Holy Spirit, breathe within me;
Let my life bear witness to You.
Fire of God, fall upon me!
Let Your holy presence stay!
May I never be the same, Lord,
From this moment, day by day!
Holy Spirit…
I am waiting…
Holy Spirit…
I surrender…
Let Your fire refine me.
Let Your power renew me.
Let Your presence remain with me.
Not my will, but Yours, O Lord.
Not my glory, but Yours alone.
Baptism of fire…
Come upon me.
In Jesus' mighty name…
Amen.
