(Gentle piano chords layered with a breathy, soulful saxophone melody)
(Soft ambient pads swelling slowly)
I will lift up my eyes unto the hills,
From where my help is coming.
My help is coming from the Lord,
The Maker of heaven and earth.
When I am weak, You give me strength,
When I am down, You lift me up.
I will not fear, I will not fear,
For my help comes from the Lord.
My help comes from the Lord,
My help comes from the Lord,
The One who made the heavens and earth,
My help comes from the Lord.
Oh, my help comes from the Lord,
My help comes from the Lord,
In the morning, in the night,
My help comes from the Lord.
He will not suffer my foot to slip,
He who keeps me never sleeps.
The Keeper of Israel never slumbers,
He watches over me.
The Lord is my keeper,
The Lord is my shade,
He is beside me every day,
He will preserve my soul.
My help comes from the Lord,
My help comes from the Lord,
The One who made the heavens and earth,
My help comes from the Lord.
Oh, my help comes from the Lord,
My help comes from the Lord,
In the morning, in the night,
My help comes from the Lord.
(Saxophone solo building in intensity)
You are my rock, You are my shield,
My fortress in the shifting field.
You hold my hand, You lead the way,
You are my hope in every day.
(Big swells, drums entering softly)
I find my rest beneath Your wings,
You are the song my spirit sings!
My help comes from the Lord,
My help comes from the Lord,
The One who made the heavens and earth,
My help comes from the Lord.
Oh, my help comes from the Lord,
My help comes from the Lord,
In the morning, in the night,
My help comes from the Lord.
(Saxophone fading out with gentle piano)
He is my keeper...
He is my shade...
My help comes from the Lord.
(Final soft saxophone note)
Amen.
